Vip.team
The concept of vip.team, VIPnet's internal magazine for VIPnet's employees, came into existence 4 years ago in our editorial board. The process of creation started with a fiery baptism. We truly enjoyed making a communication medium that puts an employee into focus. In cooperation with VIPnet's Corporate Communication department and through visual identity, as well as interesting and interactive sections and topics, we wanted to create a magazine that will not be just a "thicker" way of informing employees. Maybe this was the reason why judges from Warwick Publishing decided to hand vip.team the DALTON Pen award.
